The Girl of Fire and Thorns was not only my favortire book of the month, but it's also my favorite book of the year so far. I love everything about this book, starting with the diverse characters, but also the writing style, the world building and the character development. Read this month
Apart from The Girl of Fire and Thorns, I read 4 other books this month and a short story.
I have been meaning to read a Sophie Kinsella book for a while ...and I finally did! The Undomestic Goddess was amazing, what I loved the most about it was the writing style and the relatable characters.
I love mystery books, and Angels and Demons definitely did not disappoint. I spent the whole time wondering what was gonna happen next.
I watched the Breakfast at Tiffany's movie years ago and I really liked it, but the book was really good as well. The other stories in this book were a bit disapointing.
Simon and Isabelle were my favorite characters of the Mortal Instruments series, so I have been following this series of short stories...and I'm loving them!
This book got me out of a reading slump that lasted most of the month, so I'm really grateful. I think what I liked the most about this book was the world building.
Currently Reading
I started to read Daughter of Smoke and Bone this month, but I didn't finish it yet. I'm really enjoying it so far.
